Submit Your Paper(s)

Before submitting your paper, please head to GUIDELINE for complete guidelines on how to submit your paper(s) and register for the conference. Use the template below for formatting your paper accordingly for First Submission and Final Revision Submission. For consideration, please submit your paper to easychair first before registering for the conference. You can register for the conference and pay the conference fee only when your paper has been accepted and you receive the acceptance letter.

  • First download the template above for First Submission and Final Submission. Use the First Submission template to format your paper and submit it to easychair using the link below. When your paper has been reviewed by reviewers and you re-submit the revision, please use the Final Submission template.

  • Next proceed to easychair using the link bellow to submit your paper. Submissions must be made to If you already have easychair account, you don't need to register again on easychair, just click the link and login using your account and submit your paper.

  • Please use the template provided above for your First Submission Abstract and Final Submission accordingly.

  • Your paper will be reviewed by our international reviewers. If there is any revision from the reviewers, then you should re-upload your revised version of the paper within your easychair member area.

  • After your paper has been accepted and you receive Acceptance Letter, please proceed to register for the conference on our website. We need your complete profile to be able to welcome you accordingly. You can manage your conference profile on your member area./ Register for the conference
